Gunsmith Hannah Gutierrez-Reed from the film Rust has been sentenced to a year and a half in prison for the death of camerawoman Halyna Hutchins. In New Mexico, she was found guilty of manslaughter but acquitted of tampering with evidence. Despite requests for probation, prosecutors sought prison time because of Gutierrez-Reed's lack of remorse, including her statements about the jury and judge. Actor Alec Baldwin, who accidentally shot Hutchins during the shoot, has been charged with manslaughter with his trial scheduled for July 10.
